The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Senior Manager to join our team in Singapore. A problem solver to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market strategy across our Sales Solutions business. This person will collaborate with key business partners on spearheading multiple initiatives like managing price increases, new strategic commercial launches and partnering closely with our x-functional partners like PMM, Product and Strategic Finance., In this role, you will engage with stakeholders to drive the growth strategy of the LSS business, increase sales activation, and evaluate/evolve global pricing policies to deliver greater customer value and value for LinkedIn.

Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives through data analysis and problem solving:
- Data Analysis: Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends and size opportunity areas. Provide insightful takeaways based on data trends and track program performance
- Problem solve: Lead the development of recommendations to evolve pricing frameworks that generate revenue for the business and deliver value for customers. Including but not limited to the annual price increase review.
- Structure and share proposals with Snr Director and VP-level executives. We have stakeholders globally so some night / morning calls will be expected.
- Execute on approved initiatives by building out project plans and working collaboratively with other Pricing teams, Sales and cross-functional partners
- Work in a collaborative team environment where you’re able to follow along multiple workstreams, connect the dots and drive meaningful cohesion
- Partner cross-functionally: Build productive relationships, feedback loops, and corroborate opportunities through qualitative insights in partnership with Sales, Strategic Finance, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, Product, and other cross-functional teams

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or other strategic & analytical role
- Fluent and advanced in SQL and Excel modelling experience
- Fluent in leveraging AI tools in your day to day work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using any or all of the following: SQL, Tableau, PowerBI
- Experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Experience structuring complex problems to make them easy to solve and explain
- Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners and drive decision making among senior executives through concise powerpoint presentations
- Excellent verbal/written communication and high clarity of thought
- BA/BS/BCom degree
- Self-starter who is ready to “act like an owner” with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with highly cross-functional and performance-focused teams
- Willingness to learn; a growth mindset
- Relationship oriented: Building relationships with team, cross-functional partners, and leadership by caring and coaching
- Adaptable to rapid change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
