About this role

As an Internal Communications Business Partner, you will be a strategic pillar within our People Communications and Change department.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving global strategy while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach. Working seamlessly across teams, you will embody our core values to lead, deliver, and care, keeping our JETers informed, inspired, and connected across international markets.

This role can be based in Amsterdam or London. 

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Executive partnering: Serve as a primary strategic partner to C-Level leaders, aligning global and local IC needs with overall business objectives.
• Campaign architecture: Lead large-scale, cross-functional campaigns that bring our vision and strategy to life across departments, aiming high to drive excellence.
• Portfolio & operational standards: Manage budgets and oversee core platforms (local channels, all-hands, and insights) to ensure high-impact campaign delivery.
• Strategic alignment: Work collaboratively across functions to translate complex business goals into clear, engaging communication initiatives.
• Continuous improvement: Utilize channel analytics and qualitative feedback to refine messaging strategies and maximize audience engagement.

What will you bring to the team?

• Strategic IC Expertise: Proven experience driving internal communications initiatives within a fast-paced, international, or tech-focused organization.
• Leadership Alignment: Track record of advising, coaching, and influencing C-Suite and senior executive stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Campaign Management: Demonstrated skill in architecting and delivering complex, high-stakes communication campaigns from ideation to delivery.
• Partner Focus: Strong ability to understand internal and external partners, translating organizational insights into impactful narrative strategies.
• Crisis & Change Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a cool head and clear decision-making ability in dynamic environments.
• Teamwork & Initiative: A collaborative team player with self-starting capabilities who steps up to help others succeed and make a lasting impact.
