Internship Corporate Finance M&A

Are you looking to kick-start your career in a transaction-driven environment? Then this Internship Corporate Finance M&A is for you. A career in our Corporate Finance practice will provide you the opportunity to take responsibility and have a steep learning curve through innovative and dynamic deal support from initiation to deal completion of sell- and buy-side transactions. We are looking for an intern to start in January 2027 for a duration of three months.

What you are going to do

At PwC every member of the organisation is part of our community of solvers. Hence, as an intern at the Corporate Finance practice of PwC, you will be regarded as a full member of the team and will support deal teams with including, but not limited to:

  • Researching and evaluating company and market data using both proprietary PwC intel and data from external resources
  • Applying various company valuation techniques and other financial analyses
  • Developing presentations for potential business opportunities to win new mandates
  • Provide support on live deals with your Corporate Finance colleagues
  • Collaborate with PwC colleagues from other competencies within the broader Deals department
