What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Digital Transformation: support initiatives that drive operational transformation through AI, digitalisation, and data-driven solutions.

• Business Analysis: gather and document business requirements, prepare user stories, and support solution design activities.

• Agile Project Delivery: assist in the management of project deliverables using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): coordinate and participate in testing activities to validate solutions and ensure business requirements are met.

• Data Analytics: analyse operational data to identify risks, productivity opportunities, and actionable business insights.

• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support project implementation and change adoption.

• Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide you with:

• Exposure to operational transformation initiatives involving AI, digitalisation, and data-driven solutions.

• Hands-on experience across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and user story creation to solution delivery and testing.
