  • Develop deep expertise in the competitive landscape to effectively position Hartford Funds as either a replacement or complement within client portfolios.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and sub-advisors to deliver cohesive messaging, actionable insights, and innovative client solutions.
  • Represent ICG as a subject matter expert through presentations, content development, and client-facing insights on markets, portfolio strategy, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, or institutional consulting, with a strong preference for RIA channel exposure.
  • CFA designation or progress toward completion strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and trends impacting RIAs and the broader advisory ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex investment data into clear, actionable insights. Experience with tools such as FactSet, YCharts, Morningstar Direct, and Salesforce preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities, with experience engaging sophisticated advisor audiences.
  • Strong team orientation with the ability to influence across functions and contribute to a high-performance culture.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a strong sense of accountability for results.
