Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and looking to grow your career in financial services operations? Do you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and ensuring processes run smoothly?

We’re looking for an Investor Services Officer to join FNZ’s Investment Operations team in Edinburgh. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality client service through accurate and timely processing of investor transactions, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

The role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Transaction Processing

  • Accurately process work items within allocated timescales.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and client service level agreements (SLAs).

Client Communication

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be proactive, accurate, and motivated to deliver a great service for our clients. Experience in financial services is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided as this is a junior position.
