Position: IT Application Support Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Baddi Plant, Himachal Pradesh Work Mode: On-site (5 Days Working) Required Skills 3–5 years of experience in SAP MM, SD, and WM/EWM support. Experience troubleshooting SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC). Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Provide support for SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, and FlexNet MES. Troubleshoot SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC) and resolve system issues. Monitor system performance and integrations. Resolve SAP errors, stock discrepancies, and label printing issues. Manage user access, security, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support system testing. Create Power BI reports (Good to Have). Support SAP industrial printer integration.
