What you'll do
- Provide and maintain a stable local IT infrastructure with support from the Competence Center.
- Deliver high-quality, friendly, and professional on-site support.
- Ensure smooth daily IT operations at the assigned locations.
- Support users with local workplace hardware and site-related IT activities.
- Work on assigned ITSM tasks and incidents.
- Install, configure, replace, and maintain endpoint hardware and standard client devices.
- Deliver, relocate, and set up IT workplaces and endpoint devices.
- Provide on-site support for hardware-related workplace issues, such as notebooks, desktops, docking stations, monitors, printers, peripherals, and meeting room equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for local IT issues and coordinate escalation to the Service Desk or responsible specialist teams when required.
- Support local rollouts, device exchanges, and hardware refresh activities.
- Visit all assigned sites regularly.
- Maintain local IT documentation and coordinate local operational topics with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
