What you'll do
- Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Microsoft M365, Client- und Server-Infrastrukturen
- Operationelle Tätigkeiten im Rahmen unserer Managed Services und Betreuung von Kundenumgebungen
- Entgegennahme, Beurteilung und Abschätzung technischer Anfragen im Service Desk
- Incident-, Change- und Problem-Management sowie Überwachung offener Cases
- Überwachung von Upgrades und Migrationen gemeinsam mit anderen Engineers und Consultants
What they're looking for
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Betrieb von Microsoft Client-, Server- und M365-Infrastrukturen
- Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Nice to have
- Erweitertes Praxisverständnis im Virtualisierungs-, Netzwerk- und Backup-Umfeld von Vorteil
- Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
