IT Recruiter (Fresher) – Belgium Recruitment

Requirements As an IT Recruiter, you will: Understand client hiring requirements for various IT positions. Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and professional networks. Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements. Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Learn about the European recruitment market and emerging technology roles. Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals. Eligibility Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Any Discipline) 2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to work in Belgium business hours.
