  • Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Iru / Kandji , and other core workplace systems
  • Support identity and access management, SSO, MFA, endpoint security, and SaaS applications
  • Troubleshoot issues across macOS and Windows environments, with opportunities to support Linux
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory, access records, operational processes, and IT documentation
  • Resolve technical issues independently and escalate complex security or infrastructure matters when needed
  • Support access reviews, compliance initiatives, and incident-response activities
  • Identify and implement improvements to IT workflows, support processes, and the employee experience
  • Build basic automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with Security, People, Legal, Finance, and Engineering on company-wide initiatives
  • Evaluate and support emerging technologies, including AI productivity tools, agentic workflows, and MCP integrations

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in IT support, desktop support, systems administration, or a related technical role
  • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows devices, hardware, software, networking, and cloud applications
  • Experience administering Google Workspace and device-management tools such as Iru / Kandji, Jamf, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, MFA, endpoint security, and SaaS administration
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Okta, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and GitHub
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently manage issues through resolution
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
  • A security-conscious, service-oriented approach to supporting employees
  • Interest in generative AI, automation, and emerging workplace technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a globally distributed or remote workforce
  • Familiarity with Linux, AWS, or Google Cloud environments

  • Experience working within an AI, machine learning, research, or developer-focused organization
  • Exposure to internal AI assistants, MCP integrations, or agentic workflows
