A leading cargo industry player is looking out for an IT Support professional.

The Role:

• Provide on-site IT support for computers, mobile devices, tablets and printers.
• Support the remote switch configurations and testing.
• Support switches disconnection, dismount and mount to rack, patching, cabling which will be done by local provider.

• Fresh grads are welcome to apply

Requirements

• A minimum vocational certificate in IT or related studies.
• Willing to undertake a 3/6/12 month contract with the possibility of an extension.
• Some prior experience in IT support and administration.
• Knowledge in hardware and software systems.
• Basic network skills.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
