THE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN OPPORTUNITY

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in supporting users across the business and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of IT services. Responsibilities include:

• Providing first-line and second-line IT support to internal users.
• Supporting laptop builds, device configuration, user onboarding, and equipment deployment.
• Assisting with Microsoft updates, patch management, and security compliance activities.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and user access issues.
• Working closely with the wider IT and DevSecOps teams to continually improve support processes and service delivery.

YOUR KEY SKILLS

• Previous experience within an IT Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience building and configuring end-user devices.
• Knowledge of software installation, user account administration, and device management.
• An interest in cybersecurity, patching, and secure IT environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
• A proactive, customer-focused, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
