- Support contract administration and supplier onboarding activities;
- Monitor purchase requests, contracts, and procurement activities to ensure agreed timelines are met;
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, while supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Coordinator to support the Procurement team in ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations that contribute to the Group’s business objectives and cost optimization initiatives.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role will support the execution of Qualco Group’s procurement activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely and effective procurement processes.
