What you'll do
- Manage Sourcing & Category Management activities, including category strategy, tenders, negotiations and contracts.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, including QBRs, supplier development, innovation and capacity planning.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives, including the management of tenders and strategic projects,
- Identify and evaluate alternative suppliers and new business opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring timely and sufficient supply.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Operations, R&D, QA and other internal stakeholders to meet business requirements.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to deliveries, delays and supply deviations.
- Manage Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).
- Monitor contracts, price lists, renewals and key procurement KPIs.
- Maintain and manage the Approved Supplier List and related contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company Procurement policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Drive process optimization, risk management and operational excellence.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain or relevant field.
- 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar position. (preferably Pharma/Chemical/ FMGC Manufacturing Industry)
- Fluency in Greek & English (both verbal & written) is a must
- Very good Knowledge of SAP/ERP system
- Knowledge of Manufacturing procurement process and purchasing activities
- Experience in Risk Management of the supplier portfolio
- Experience in Category Strategies & managing contracts
- Excellent communication and negation skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Attention to detail, highly organized, problem-solving mentality
Nice to have
- Master's degree will be considered as additional asset
- ARIBA or other similar platforms and E-auctions/ RFQ will be considered as an asset

About the role
Our Procurement & Purchasing department is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Procurement & Purchasing Senior Officer for the InDirect Categories.
The role's main accountabilities will be the following:
Category Management / Supplier Relationship Management
- Manage Sourcing & Category Management activities, including category strategy, tenders, negotiations and contracts.

Purchasing Activities

Project Management / Reporting / Contracting

Requirements
