About the role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Storeperson / Warehouse Coordinator to join our Kalgoorlie team. This is a diverse role that combines warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, administration, and trade support activities to ensure equipment, inventory, and operational resources are available to support our customers and field teams.

This opportunity would suit candidates with experience in mining, logistics, warehousing, stores, trade assistant, workshop support, inventory control, or administration who enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment where no two days are the same.

What you will be doing

•    Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy
•    Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch equipment and consumables
•    Coordinate freight, deliveries, stock transfers, and logistics activities
•    Assist with equipment inspections, maintenance coordination, testing, and asset tracking
•    Support rental fleet and equipment readiness for field deployment
•    Maintain inventory, asset, calibration, and service records
•    Complete purchase orders, goods receipting, reporting, and general administration
•    Support field personnel and customers with operational requirements
•    Promote a safe, organised, and efficient workplace

What you will bring

•    Experience in warehousing, logistics, stores, mining support, trade assistant, workshop, or administration roles
•    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
•    Proficiency using Microsoft Office and business systems
•    Experience with inventory, asset management, ERP, or service management systems is highly regarded
•    Current Australian Driver's Licence
•    Forklift Licence (LF) advantageous
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
•    Ability to perform manual handling and warehouse-related activities
