Key Account Manager (Supply Chain)

About the Company Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries. Responsibilities We’re looking for a motivated Key Account Manager (Supply Chain) to be a key point of contact for clients, providing customer-centric service to maintain long-term client relationships in the Asia Pacific region. Manage implementation of projects within the Asia Pacific region; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders key projects; Engage with clients as the main point of contact for all matters; Build and develop client relationships; Lead teams for end-to-end project implementation; Maintain oversight on timelines and issues; Perform escalating and reporting of deliverables and data input; Work closely with internal teams and departments on ensuring projects are completed on time; Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to define, plan and execute service improvement projects in a timely manner; Support regional service delivery projects. Requirements 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry; Experience managing key accounts in the Asia Pacific region; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of SAP; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Meticulous and detail-oriented; Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team; Highly organised and detail-oriented.
