  • Support both print design and product design within Kids Home Owned Brands that achieve overall product design strategy and merchant objectives
  • Work across categories including bedding, bath and soft home goods under the overall direction of Design leadership
  • Maintain a diligent approach to workload, which includes timely communication with internal and external partners, and managing your own calendar and process
  • Support and drive concepts throughout the development process, research, print and pattern development, selection of materials/finishes, and the creation of silhouettes/form language
  • Translate ideas for product direction using CAD/3D/AI renders/hand sketches
  • Prepare professional presentation boards with illustrations, CAD artwork, fabrication, and material samples
  • Support and drive product designs to maintain overall creative direction, merchant line plans, assortment strategies, and price points
  • Build brand cohesion by partnering with peers across the division to ensure continuity
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve product issues in collaboration with technical designers/engineers and sourcing partners

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

As a Designer, Product + Print Designer – Kids Home, you will support both print design and product design within Kids Home Owned Brands that achieve overall product design strategy and merchant objectives.
