What you'll do
- Provide personalised 1:1 support to young people across the BCP area
- Support learners studying at Key Stage 4 who require alternative educational provision
- Help learners build confidence, improve engagement, and work towards their GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
- Deliver engaging and personalised sessions
- Support learners with needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, ADHD, Anxiety and school avoidance, and EHCPs

- Strong subject knowledge in one or more curriculum areas

- Patient, adaptable, and positive approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

Support Young People Through a Crucial Stage of Their Education
We're looking for a KS4 Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people across the BCP area.
Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you'll support learners studying at Key Stage 4 who require alternative educational provision. Many students benefit from tailored support to help them build confidence, improve engagement, and work towards their GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
This is an excellent opportunity for tutors who enjoy helping learners overcome barriers to education and achieve their full potential through personalised support.

Key Stage: KS4
Start Date: September
Hours: Flexible
Pay Rate: 25- 30 per hour

Requirements
