  • Develop an understanding of current technology and methodology used for coating evaluation within the ANZ Packaging Group.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints through effective laboratory investigation of issues and solutions.
  • Carry out, under supervision, formulation modifications that will ensure improvements required are achieved to maintain current business (MOB).
  • Carry out, under supervision, new product development work that will meet the current and future needs of the customers, in ANZ and in Asia.
  • Work with ANZ team members to provide support for current product range, including order processing, product shelf-life extensions and technical reports.
  • Maintenance of laboratory equipment, supplies and general housekeeping.
  • Maintenance of technical documents as instructed. TDS and SDS.
