The Alliances & Channels Team supports the growth of the Global SMB OU through close alignment with Salesforce’s Partner Ecosystem. The SMB Alliances team supports the LATAM Partner Sales team in driving business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Revenue Attribution for Open and Closed Opportunities

  • Demand Generation with Partners

  • Partner Onboarding

  • Ecosystem Insights for Sales leaders using AI tools

As a key role of Partner Sales Intern, you will be supporting the Partners across the LATAM region. For details, please refer to the detailed tasks below.

  • Partner Success Tracking

    • Align with the Sales Team to understand which partners are involved in which opportunities
