What you'll do
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and stack laundry items according to established procedures and hygiene standards.
- Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper segregation of linen, uniforms, and personal clothing.
- Use detergents and chemicals correctly following instructions and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry area and storage rooms.
- Report equipment malfunctions, shortages, or damaged items to the Laundry Supervisor.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and distribution of clean laundry to designated areas.
- Support increased workloads during peak periods, inspections, mobilization, or demobilization activities.
- Report health & safety, environmental, and food safety hazards and near miss/incident observed in the workplace to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- To follow, apply and maintain all applicable ISO standards and requirements.

JOB PURPOSE:
To carry out laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and distribution of laundry items, ensuring hygiene, quality, and timely service in accordance with camp procedures.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
