The Opportunity
Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic delivery and day-to-day management of ICT operations, supporting project sites throughout mobilisation, operation, and demobilisation phases.
You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and financial management capabilities to ensure our ICT services deliver maximum value to the business.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of ICT infrastructure and services across multiple project sites, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
Manage ICT site mobilisations and demobilisations, including the deployment of networks, communications equipment, security systems, and end-user technology solutions.
Oversee ICT budgets, forecasting, procurement, and vendor performance to deliver cost-effective technology outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Act as the primary ICT stakeholder liaison, providing technical leadership, project updates, and expert advice to operational teams and senior management.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, governance, and regulatory requirements while managing ICT risks, business continuity, and service delivery performance.
Required Skills and Competencies
Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT support within a complex, multi-site environment.
Strong experience managing ICT infrastructure and network environments.
Proven experience in project delivery and ICT implementations.
Experience with Service Desk and ticketing systems.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with ICT budgeting and financial management.
Full driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle required.
