  • Serve as the primary operational partner for Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless production, New Product Introductions (NPI) and engineering change integration.
  • Direct capacity planning, identify and resolve shop floor level bottlenecks through technical process optimization.
  • Establish and refine standard operating rhythms, ensuring compliance and performance visibility across all manufacturing shifts.
  • Drive 5S implementation and sustain workplace organization.
  • Support line readiness for new product introduction or process changes.
  • Drive operators for continuous improvement and 5S.
  • Establish daily operating rhythms in manufacturing.

Job Description Summary

Responsible for the oversight and operational excellence of production value streams. The role focuses on driving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance through the deployment of advanced lean manufacturing strategies. Candidate will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, mentor operational teams, and influence supply chain and processes to achieve long-term productivity and scalability. This role needs to lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize process flow, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.

  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
  • Good analytical and data interpretation skills to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience in ERP / SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
  • Decision-making/problem solving skills.
  • Experience with structured quality improvement tools such as RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, 8D, PFMEA, SPC, and Control Plans.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (Advanced degree or MBA/Operations Management certification is a plus).

  • Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
