What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects across Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud modules
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT teams and client finance executives (CFOs, Controllers, Accounting Managers)
- Translate complex US GAAP / IFRS accounting principles into scalable Oracle system configurations (e.g., revenue recognition, lease accounting rules, intercompany eliminations)
- Lead business process design, fit-gap analysis, and requirement-gathering workshops
- Configure modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses, and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Design Chart of Accounts (COA) structures, multi-org/multi-currency setups, and secondary ledgers
- Manage Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare
- Build functional specs for custom extensions, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and integrations
- Oversee financial data migration strategy and ensure complete reconciliation between legacy systems and Fusion Financials

Key Responsibilities
Architectural & Business Leadership
