  • Identify high-value AI use cases and apply AI tools to improve the Revenue Management team’s efficiency, capacity and quality of output.

  • Partner with Platform to shape the roadmap for new Revenue Management and AI capabilities, translating commercial needs into scalable systems and tools.

  • Act as a trusted commercial sounding board, bringing Revenue Management insight to decisions and initiatives across the business.

Your skillset:

  • Significant experience in Revenue Management, pricing strategy or a comparable commercial role, shaping direction across markets, products or customer segments.

  • Excellent commercial judgement, able to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions and make well-reasoned trade-offs that support long-term value and growth.

  • Advanced analytical and experimentation skills, able to set robust measurement approaches and use evidence to inform strategic choices.

  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programmes, building alignment with commercial and platform stakeholders around shared outcomes.

  • Strong technical and product awareness, able to translate commercial needs into scalable capability roadmaps and identify high-value applications of AI and automation.

  • Credible, influential communication skills, able to turn complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders and cross-functional audiences

Desirable:

  • Experience using AI tools to increase team effectiveness and improve commercial decision-making.

  • Experience with SQL, Looker or comparable analytical tools.
