We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.
What you’ll do:
运营领导力发展计划项目旨在通过开展各种业务工作，发展参与者的领导能力和专业素质，为工厂培养未来的运营领导者。
项目计划参与者将会：
- 完成三年轮岗任务，具体轮岗会集中在制造工程、运营绩效、物料计划、质量和精益生产等方面。每任轮岗为期一年。

Qualifications:
