We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Leader to drive the people agenda for a growing organization within the Financial Services/BFSI sector. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall HR strategy while strengthening talent, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
