- Experience leading R&D for products or solutions deployed across multiple 100MW+ European projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience working across international teams.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel across Europe and occasionally China.
Nice to have
- Experience with Siemens or Schneider Electric solutions for microgrid control and integration is highly desirable.
- Experience in power forecasting, power market analysis, VPP development or power system software would be advantageous.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology organisation for an experienced Leading Expert in Energy Power Plant and Microgrid Control Technology. This is a senior technical leadership role focused on driving innovation, shaping product development and building core capabilities within the digital energy sector.

Key Requirements
