About this role

Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional Royal Navy career training. The Accreditation Manager will provide advice, guidance and support by working with the relevant awarding organising on behalf of the Royal Navy and Capita to monitor accreditations that fall out with the apprenticeship space.

As an Administrator you will provide resettlement support to UK Service Personnel during their transition into civilian life at the end of their Service careers.

Job Description:

🕒 Full-time role – 37.5 hours a week – Term Time only (45 weeks)
📍 RNAS Yeovilton

🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing Learning and Development advice, guidance, information and support to Service Personnel to help them access and prepare for education and learning and continuing professional development courses throughout their career

  • Promoting and facilitating opportunities for accessing and funding externally delivered elective learning opportunities

  • Actively seeking opportunities and exploring new methods to promote the use of the services available through the Hub

  • Coordinating learning credit schemes for learners

  • Organising, promoting and delivering annual learning and development open days

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Administrator

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work within a team and independently

  • Knowledge of the education system, would be an advantage

  • Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level
