Learning & Development Business Partner

We're exclusively partnering with a high-profile, growing organisation seeking an experienced Learning Partner to lead a transformational 12-month project and help shape the next stage of its learning and development journey across the UK and Ireland.

This newly created role will focus on building a sustainable, self-directed learning culture, bringing greater structure, consistency and measurable impact to learning initiatives across leadership and management development, onboarding, career development and wider capability building.

Working closely with stakeholders across multiple sites, you'll help shape and deliver the learning strategy, identify emerging business needs and design engaging, scalable learning solutions that move learning beyond compliance. A key focus will be expanding the digital E-learning offer through the enhancement of the LMS, creating self-service learning resources, improving existing content, leveraging AI-enabled tools and maximising learner engagement.

Leadership development will also be a priority, utilising a blended approach of digital learning, facilitation and practical development interventions to build leadership capability, behaviours and softer skills. You'll facilitate by working with senior leaders and subject-matter experts to deliver sustainable learning solutions that create long-term impact across the business.

Operating across businesses at different stages of learning maturity, you'll balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, helping to shape capability plans, embed learning initiatives and drive consistency. The role will also retain responsibility for compliance learning and day-to-day oversight of the LMS platform.

A commercially minded, solutions-focused learning professional, you'll be confident influencing and constructively challenging stakeholders, identifying root causes and developing practical, sustainable learning solutions. With strong e-learning expertise and excellent communication skills, you'll engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into measurable learning outcomes.

What's on offer

Whilst the role can be home-based, you must be within reasonable commuting distance of the Birmingham area, with flexibility to spend 2-3 days per week on-site initially and travel regularly to other UK locations, including Woking and Norfolk.
