As a Learning Experience Designer, you will help build DN’s Learning & Enablement function within Talent Management & HR Technology. In this role, you'll design practical, field-forward learning experiences that strengthen role readiness, employee capability, and adoption of talent programs across DN. This is inclusive of developing full learning programs, curricula, eLearning content, facilitator materials, job aids, guides, and other enablement resources for field and office audiences. Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Operations, and People Team partners to translate business needs, role expectations, competency frameworks, and field realities into learning solutions that are accessible, scalable, and easy to apply in the flow of work.
