  • Perform audits of installation and pull reports to ensure accuracy of asset database and ERP records
  • Audit physical and systematic flow of returned assets
  • Identify disposal opportunities for slow moving or obsolete inventory and initiate the scrap process to optimize inventory
  • Maintain date records of asset locations and deployment status; reconcile physical inventory with assets register; investigate, resolve, and address any inconsistencies with all interested parties
  • Develop relationships to improve process efficiency and responsiveness across the organization
  • Partners with Operations, Field Service, and Sales to ensure assets are properly accounted for throughout the asset’s lifecycle.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of deployed assets

What You Will Do:

  • May sit for extended periods of time.

  • Moving between desk and file cabinets and/or office equipment.

  • Substantial movement (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to use a computer.

  • The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading.

  • The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
