I am seeking an experienced Administrator or Secretary to join the Property Team of a leading offshore law firm in Jersey.
Duties will be varied and include providing general administrative support to the property team, maintaining files and documentation, updating databases and systems, assisting with correspondence and document preparation, coordinating deadlines, liaising with clients and external contacts and assisting with the day-to-day administration of property matters.
The successful candidate will have previous administrative or secretarial experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. Previous experience within a legal or property environment would be advantageous. A good knowledge of MS Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and fast-paced environment are also required.
