1.   Purpose

     

  • Provides legal advisory and contracts management support to Asia Pacific jurisdictions except China (“RoA”). Support other regional or global legal / compliance projects as may be designated.

2.         Key Areas of Responsibilities (KRAs)

 

 

2.1 General Legal and Compliance Support in RoA or as otherwise needed

  • Be a key advisor to business leaders on general legal concerns.
  • Assists in the establishment of compliance policies, procedures and programs or improvement of existing ones.

2.2 Contracts Support

  • Drafts, reviews, and negotiates various types of contracts with vendors, customers and other third parties, including but not limited to, Procurement Agreements, Sales Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements and Consultancy Agreements.
  • On the sales side, acts as designated business partner / contracts support counsel under the company’s new Commercial Excellence structure, supporting RoA and designated business units (including SaaS business).
