My client, a leading offshore law firm, is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join their busy team as a Legal Secretary.
This is a varied role providing secretarial and administrative support to a team of fee earners and Partners. Responsibilities will include diary management, preparing and formatting documents, typing and proofreading, filing and archiving, coordinating meetings and conference calls, assisting with expenses and billing, booking travel and meeting rooms, maintaining databases and records, and helping to organise client meetings and events.
The successful candidate will have previous secretarial or administrative experience and be confident using Microsoft Office, with legal experience or an understanding of legal terminology advantageous but not essential. You will be organised, accurate and reliable, with good communication skills, a willingness to learn and a proactive approach.
