Position Details

Palm Lake Care Bethania is seeking a Lifestyle Team Leader to join our team on a Full Time permanent basis, working 38 hours per week across Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you'll take the lead in planning and delivering an engaging lifestyle program that enriches the lives of our residents. You'll guide a team of Lifestyle Assistants, helping them create moments that matter through social, recreational, and wellness-based activities. You'll also be a key connector with the broader community - coordinating entertainment, liaising with volunteers, and building strong ties with groups such as schools, religious leaders, and service clubs.
