The Team You'll Work With
You'll be joining our Loan Operations team.
Carta's Loan Operations team is at the center of how private credit and direct lending firms manage their loan portfolios end-to-end. Our team works directly with borrowers, lenders, and institutional clients to support the full loan lifecycle on Carta's platform—from onboarding and administration through reconciliation, reporting, and investor servicing. As the business scales, the team partners closely with Product and Engineering to build smarter, more efficient operational workflows. About You

Salary
Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
$105,400.00 - $124,000.00 in New York, NY
