What you'll do

  • Own coordination of every inbound and outbound shipment through delivery, using our logistics provider as the primary freight execution partner. Maintain real-time shipment status and ETAs.
  • Coordinate shipment requirements and handoffs across suppliers, contract manufacturers, suppliers, Fauna manufacturing, warehouse partners, customers, and additional logistics locations as the network expands.
  • Provide accurate shipment requirements and documentation inputs, including BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices, customs information, delivery instructions, and special handling requirements.
  • Drive delays, exceptions, missing information, customs issues, failed deliveries, and other disruptions to resolution with the logistics provider and relevant partners.
  • Coordinate inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment with Manufacturing, Inventory, warehouses, contract manufacturers, and the logistics provider so material and finished goods reach the correct destination on time.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and reconcile what was shipped, received, transferred, or delivered. Communicate shipment status, risks, and ETAs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain working knowledge of freight booking, carrier coordination, shipment documentation, and basic import/export requirements so you can directly execute shipments when needed. Escalate trade compliance issues appropriately.
  • Identify and fix logistics process gaps across Fauna, the logistics provider, warehouses, and manufacturing partners to improve lead time and reliability.

  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Track record of coordinating inbound and outbound shipments through logistics providers, freight forwarders, carriers, or similar external partners.
  • Experience managing shipment flows across multiple origins and destinations, including suppliers, contract manufacturers, warehouses, manufacturing sites, and customers.
  • Experience resolving shipment delays, exceptions, customs issues, and delivery problems with external logistics partners.
  • Ability to maintain accurate shipment status, records, and documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs forms.
  • Working knowledge of freight booking, carrier coordination, receiving, outbound fulfillment, and basic import/export requirements, with ability to execute shipments directly when needed.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and attention to detail in an environment with multiple partners and time-sensitive material movements.

Fauna Robotics is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to own day-to-day shipment coordination across our robotics hardware network. This role manages inbound and outbound logistics through our logistics provider across suppliers, contract manufacturers, Fauna manufacturing, warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
You are Fauna's central operational interface for shipment activity: coordinating each shipment, maintaining visibility through delivery, resolving exceptions, and ensuring clean handoffs across the network.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
