What you'll do

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with shipping documentation.
  • Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments while ensuring materials are secured and shipped according to company standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP systems to support effective warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and store materials.
  • Coordinate local pickups, deliveries, and transportation activities while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and carriers.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and documentation discrepancies to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Process product returns and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following company policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.

We are looking for a self-motivated and dependable Shipper / Receiver with 3+ years of warehouse experience to join our Global Logistics team in Calgary, Alberta. This position is responsible for the accurate processing, recording, and handling of all incoming and outgoing goods and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a goal-oriented approach to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

  • Full-time position, fully onsite role.
  • Work is performed in an industrial fabrication and warehouse environment.
  • Occasional local travel may be required to support deliveries and logistics activities.
  • Success in this role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to work in an industrial warehouse and fabrication environment.
  • Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a busy, hands-on operational setting.
