Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist with over 10 years of expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement, particularly within international operations. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing complex import/export processes, ensuring end-to-end compliance, timely deliveries, and seamless coordination across functional teams and external partners.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute all facets of international logistics, supply chain, and procurement operations

  • Manage end-to-end import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery

  • Ensure complete compliance with Incoterms, trade regulations, and cost-efficient shipping practices

  • Maintain in-depth oversight of trade documentation workflows for smooth customs clearance

  • Administer India-specific STPI and bonding processes, including compliance with all regulatory documentation

  • Coordinate effectively with CHAs, cargo receiving teams, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods

  • Track purchase orders and shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely visibility and proactive issue resolution

  • Design, document, and implement process workflows and SOPs for logistics and import/export operations

  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, production, R&D) and external stakeholders for optimal business outcomes

  • Remain agile and effective when multitasking across multiple priorities and deadlines, delivering solutions under pressure

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement for international operations

  • Proven expertise managing complete import/export processes, documentation, and delivery

  • Strong understanding of global logistics operations and Incoterms

  • Detailed knowledge of customs, trade documentation, and regulatory compliance processes

  • Direct experience with India’s STPI and bonding processes is highly preferred

  • Skilled in coordinating with CHAs, vendors, and logistics partners

  • Proven ability to develop process documentation and implement SOPs

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges

  • Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
