What you'll do

  • Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumps
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspection
  • Receipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documents
  • Pick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatch
  • Coordinate shipping via in-house couriers
  • Pick, pack, and ship outbound trade orders
  • Receive goods, unpack, conduct physical checks, and put stock away
  • Updating Mymediset/SAP/Movemedical
  • Additional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc.

What will you be doing?

Loan Operations and Trade Operations (40%)

  • Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumps
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspection
  • Receipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documents
  • Pick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatch
  • Coordinate shipping via in-house couriers
  • Pick, pack, and ship outbound trade orders

System work (40%)

  • Updating Mymediset/SAP/Movemedical

Additional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc. (20%)
