About this role

The Opportunity

The AI-led Growth Leader will be the commercial growth driver for AI-enabled Intelligent Industry opportunities across Northern & Central Europe. Working closely with the Head of Intelligent Industry, CTO / Architecture, Play Leaders and country teams, the role will identify, shape and accelerate AI-led lighthouse opportunities, translate AI capabilities into compelling client value cases and convert selected opportunities into repeatable, scalable business impact. Success will be measured by the conversion of selected AI-led opportunities into lighthouse wins, qualified pipeline impact, repeatable proof points and scalable revenue contribution.

Main responsibilities:

AI-led Lighthouse Deals: Own and drive the AI contribution to lighthouse deals and II-accelerated opportunities, shaping complex AI-enabled pursuits end-to-end and engaging at CxO level around business value, productivity, resilience and new operating models.

Client AI Value Cases: Build the commercial narrative for AI in Intelligent Industry, translating industrial AI capabilities into clear value cases, outcome logic and executive-level propositions for priority clients and sectors.

Priority Growth Bets: Identify, qualify and actively drive a focused set of AI-led growth bets, prioritizing, accelerating or stopping initiatives based on commercial scale, repeatability and measurable business impact.

Commercialization of Proven AI Use Cases: Turn proven AI use cases, assets and delivery experience into repeatable propositions, credentials and proof points that strengthen win rates and enable scalable revenue across BUs and business lines.

Partner and Ecosystem Activation: Leverage hyperscalers, industrial software vendors and AI ecosystem partners where they accelerate lighthouse opportunities, strengthen propositions or support repeatable AI-enabled solutions.

Cross-BU Orchestration: Pull the right expertise from BUs, business lines, delivery hubs and the wider Intelligent Industry ecosystem into selected opportunities, ensuring fast mobilization, clear ownership and transition from incubation into BU-led scale.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a commercially minded AI growth executive with a strong track record in shaping complex client opportunities at the intersection of AI, industrial operations, engineering and business transformation. The ideal candidate combines CxO-level credibility, commercial judgment and enough AI fluency to translate technology potential into concrete client value and scalable growth.

  • Director / Vice-President profile with strong CxO-level consulting credibility, commercial ownership and a clear business-growth mindset.
  • Proven track record in shaping large, complex AI-enabled pursuits and converting them into measurable client outcomes, lighthouse wins and revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of AI at scale, including data, platforms, AI products, operating models and industrial value-chain applications.
  • Deep understanding of Intelligent Industry value chains across engineering, manufacturing, operations and asset-intensive businesses.
  • Ability to align senior stakeholders across BUs, business lines, countries, partners and delivery organizations without relying on formal authority.
  • Strong execution discipline: prioritization, commercial judgment, decision-making and relentless focus on scale, repeatability, qualified pipeline and business outcomes.
