Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent to lead our maintenance and instrumentation operations in Sheldon, IA. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
Education:
Technical school or college degree preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
2+ years of maintenance and supervisory experience preferred
Soy processing or similar industrial processing experience is a plus
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles
Ability to operate industrial machinery, hand tools, and power tools
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; AutoCAD experience preferred
Leadership & Work Style:
Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate employees
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Effective communicator with a professional, respectful approach
Team-oriented and comfortable working with diverse groups
