We’re partnering with a successful and ambitious Lincolnshire business seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join its finance team during an exciting phase of growth and development.

The Opportunity

As Management Accountant, you’ll play a central role in providing financial insight and supporting business performance. This is a varied position offering excellent exposure across the organisation and the chance to contribute beyond traditional finance responsibilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Producing monthly management accounts and performance reporting
• Preparing budgets, forecasts and financial plans
• Delivering meaningful financial analysis to support decision-making
• Supporting senior stakeholders with commercial and operational insights
• Monitoring business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Managing month-end processes, reconciliations and balance sheet controls
• Supporting cash flow planning and broader financial management activities
• Assisting with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
• Contributing to the development of systems, controls and reporting processes
• Playing an active role in driving efficiencies across the finance function

About You

We’re keen to hear from candidates who can combine strong technical accounting skills with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach.

You’ll likely have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications, be actively studying towards qualification, or be an experienced Qualified by Experience (QBE) finance professional
• Previous experience within a Management Accountant or similar finance role
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with financial data
• The ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
• A proactive approach and genuine interest in improving processes and performance
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
