What you'll do
- Prepare and deliver accurate management and statutory financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Monitor budgets and variance analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Lead the month-end closing process and assist with Board reports and financial forecasts
- Support, develop, and motivate the finance team, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement
- Drive improvements in financial policies, processes, and data management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, part-qualified or willing to work towards qualification
- Proven experience in managing financial accounts and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel
