Manager - Entertainment Ad Sales, HGEC Pay

* Job Summary
The Branded Content Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of branded content partnerships. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, pitching innovative solutions, and closing deals with clients and media agencies.

The ideal candidate will lead with a strong commercial mindset, bringing together creative storytelling and strategic thinking to deliver impactful, content-led media solutions across TV and broadcast platforms.

* Key Responsibilities

This is an individual contributor role where you will own the revenue targets for key accounts within the Entertainment Business The focus will be on maximizing revenue potential and positioning JioHotstar as a premium destination for TV investments
● You will be Jiostar’s ambassador in the market for the accounts you own. You will be expected to understand India’s TV ecosystem, stay abreast with industry trends and innovations along with establishing and demonstrating an understanding of JioStar’s ad solutions and capabilities
● You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high standards in sales processes
● You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision
● Acting as an advisor on brand solutions in a strategic way and drive business
● You will also be focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case studies, client interviews, executing joint business plans & maintaining monthly run rates etc.
● You will work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the conceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts

* Skills & Attributes for success

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver compelling pitches and presentations. Proven ability in concept selling, strong negotiation, and closing high-ticket deals.

* Preferred Education & Experience

Any Graduate -  5-10 years in media sales, TV advertising
