Job Summary

The Manager, Global People Analytics owns Insulet’s People Analytics function and plays a critical role within the Global HR Technology team. This leader drives data-informed talent decisions by managing analytics priorities, aligning resources to strategic business needs, and expanding workforce insights capabilities. Partnering closely with HR and business leaders, they deliver predictive and actionable insights across the employee lifecycle, influencing talent strategy, organizational growth, and workforce planning on a global scale.



The Manager, Global people analytics is a key player of Insulet's Global HR Technology team and serves as the owner of Insulet’s People Analytics function. 
 
You will be a key player in shaping data-driven talent decisions at Insulet. You will lead team intake, prioritization, and delivery, ensuring resources are aligned to strategic priorities while building capabilities that expand access to meaningful workforce insights. You will partner closely with People leaders and cross-functional teams to drive predictive, actionable insights across the employee lifecycle. Your ability to frame, guide, and communicate recommendations will directly influence how we build, scale, and support our global teams.

 

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $125,900.00 - $188,825.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
