Job Description:

The Manager, HR Strategic Projects leads the planning, governance, and execution of strategic Human Resources initiatives that advance organizational priorities and enterprise transformation efforts. This role partners with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, business leaders, project teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs and projects.

The Manager provides strategic oversight across the HR project portfolio, establishes HR project management standards and practices, supports executive decision-making, and ensures alignment between project outcomes and business objectives. The role develops project management capability, drives accountability, and strengthens execution across Human Resources.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Projects Leadership 

  • Lead the HR Strategic Projects portfolio and ensure alignment with HR and organizational priorities. 

  • Partner with HR leadership to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and establish governance. 

  • Evaluate requests and determine scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting that increase performance visibility. 

  • Use lessons learned and project outcomes to improve future execution. 

What We're Looking For:
