- Take full ownership of key initiatives.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects and scrum teams and ensure deliveries are made on time and with quality.
- Prioritize and align product development with business objectives.
- Be flexible to quickly realign with changing realities of business objectives, market conditions, technology evolution and team changes and ensure team synchs up asap.
- Ensure motivation levels of team are high and attrition levels are low.

- 8-12 yrs of experience into software development and project management including hands on technical experience in some aspect of software development (Dev / QA / non-functional QA, BA)
- Good Understanding of tech stack including database, message broker, REST, UI
- Good understanding of Performance Engineering
- Good understanding of CICD process
- Good understanding of Safe Agile and other Project management processes
- Experience with payments.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud deployed application
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with MQ, MongoDB, Kafka
